Leslie, sounds pretty tasty.  Wish I had some right now.  I have some 
torillas but I don't think Campbells baked beans can be substitued for the 
refried- do you?  Of course if I added a hot dog I'd have a new new kinds of 
beanie weenies!!!  That sounds easy enough.  I should check with the mom's of 
the other kids with southwestern states so we don't duplicate anything.  The 
only recipe I found online that was easy for kids was a small pecan tart 
which just didn't sound like it represented Texas. I know the pecan is the 
state tree, but when I think of pecans I think of Georgia (they do come from 
there also don't they?), and when I think of Texas & think of barbeque and 
chilli with cornbread but your chilli & mine is not the same thing!!! I don't 
like spicy things but I do like tacos & burritoes.  I think I will make these 
for the boys anyhow & see how they like them.  I am sure they will- they love 
most mexican stuff as long as it isn't too spicy.
