Gramma Connie, That IS exciting news. Car insurance is one expense I have to plan for going UP. I have a son who will be 16 this summer. I've registered him for drivers ed in June so he can get a learner's permit. I haven't had the courage to ask yet what his insurance will cost once he gets a regular license, but I know it will be high. Hopefully I can continue lowering some other expenses to help offset it.
