I don't really have any ideas on what you can do to sleep better, except 
maybe you have some nice soft music to listen to, maybe a good CD that you 
can kind of use as white noise at night so you don't hear the littlest things 
that are keeping you on edge.  If you don't have any relaxing CDs to play, 
maybe setting your radio to a jazz or classical station or whatever kind of 
music is soothing to you.
