A hug to you - I also have a wierd cold/flu with thick mucus - when I
cough it feels like my throat will tear out, sometimes it turns total liquid
and my nose just runs - and I have been running a fever and can't sleep when
I am so hot. ARRRRGGG
What I really hate is that this has kept me home for 3 days now and I
feel too pukey to get anything done. However - last night I did sort a box
of papers and threw out a large wastebasket full. So that helped.
I have been taking lozenges of zinc, C and echineacea - plus drinking
herb tea. I hope to go back to work tomorrow - Kent had this first and
missed 2 days of work so we are short on the green stuff.

This is the third week DH has been working
nights and I can't sleep, every little creak and pop wakes or keeps me up.
Now I have a strange cold and the phlegm often gags me. I have dealt with
this before but could really use some cyber hugs! Not to mention the house
is
falling to pieces!
