Juba’s fate as capital to be recommended after a month Wednesday, 02 March 2011 13:05 Sudan >>> The head of Southern Sudan Capital City Committee and the Minster of Commerce and Investment in the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS), Oyai Deng Ajak, has said the committee is expected to come out with its report on Juba's fate as the capital city after one month.
Addressing a press conference in Juba yesterday, Ajak added that members of the committee are still working on the report and will present it to the Council of Ministers upon completion. He reiterated that the interim constitution of southern Sudan says Juba should be the capital city. However, he stressed, it is not possible for both GoSS and Central Equatoria state government to share the same capital. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "JFD info" group.
