[jffnms-users] Parse Error

I am in the process of configuring jffnms but when I try to access  /admin/setup.php  I receive the following error:   Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_INTERFACE, expecting ')' in c:\jffnms\jffnms-0.7.8\lib\api.events.inc.php on line 380   Any one have any ideas or suggestions?   I am using apache 1.3.31(win32) and PHP 5.       Stephen Chilcote Federal News Service Network Manager 202-347-1400
