Hi,

Well, if you have a lot of 30! then you will have gaps in the graphs!

Load should remain under 1 or 2.

The number of threads is ok for a installation that size.

You should try to move the DB to another server, that will lower the load a lot.

First to got 20 threads and see if you can lower the load.

What HW are you using? SCSI disks?
