[jffnms-users] Alarmed Interfaces in Error

By what method are alarmed interface down events matched with the corresponding up event?  I have a number of interfaces that continue to indicate that they are in a down alarm state, and I get continuous up alarm events.  After looking in the alarms table, I see the down alarm and the matching down event entry, but I'm trying to determine where the up event is getting missed in the match.  If I kill the down alarm in the table, the interface goes back to normal, but I would rather try to fix the issue rather than patch it temporarily.

I am currently running 0.8.2 on RH9.0.
