Hmmm. That's quite a lot to set up and execute, when the caret browsing function built in to the web browser seems to solve the problem. I suspect that FS does not have a specific tech bulletin addressing this issue, so the response is individualized bye each tech support responder's personal experience. Another call to FS might generate yet another "solution".
