Hi Jim, The two carets are totally different in look and in purpose. The shift + 6 on the numbers row, is a symbol to be placed in a document. When we talk about the system cursor that follows along as we type in an edit field, that is a blinking vertical line. Also, there is the caret that you eat Lol! All kinds of carets Lol!
