When SHIFT+F10 is pressed, what does JAWS Announce? When INS+F10 is pressed, what does JAWS Announce? What version of JAWS are you running? What version of Windows, including whether 32 or 64 bit, are you running? What is make/model is your computer? Perhaps a pattern will present itself.
