         If by MSE you mean Microsoft Security Essentials then there is no 
surprise that there was a conflict between it and ESET.  Both are antivirus 
programs and you should never, ever, have two antivirus products running 
simultaneously on the same machine.  Most often they identify each other as 
viruses, since antivirus programs "dig in" to the same sorts of areas that 
viruses do, and then engage in a fight to the death taking the machine down 
with them.

         If you're using Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus you 
should not install another antivirus, or else you should disable Microsoft 
Security Essentials and install the antivirus product you like best that works 
well for you with JAWS.
