Thank you, but even after I uninstalled MSE ESET continued to cause problems with J-17 that I didn't have with J-13.

Eset is a pretty highly rated antivirus and MSE is a very low rated one. I'm referring to the independent tests of antiviruses that you can find online. It is generally not recommended that you use two antivirus anyway. There are a lot of sites that say this. It's always a good idea to scan with a second one and an online antivirus can do this for you if they are accessible.
