Yes, of course they do. This is the way it should work. Your system is
functioning properly for email messages.
but not a brf file I open in Word Pad....active follows braille and
braille follows active is checked...
Please describe exactly what happens when you pan through a .brf file. It
sounds like BrailleMovesActive, aka ActiveFollowsBraille, is not in effect.
Describe exactly what happens when you read, say, 10 lines of your file.
It's not good enough to say what doesn't happen; I need to know what does
happen. Include the specific text for all ten lines, the position on the
braille display, and when and where you see the blinking cursor.
