BrailleFollowsActive isn't good enough. You have to have
ActiveFollowsBraille.
I try to maximize Word Pad, but it says maximize unavailable.
That means it's already maximized. Good.

That makes sense. Try turning on ActiveFollowsBraille. But note that it will
always be on. You may not always want this behavior which is why I suggested
the BrailleMovesActive script. But if it meets your needs then everything's
cool.
