Windows may not "come with" a mail program, but a lot of computer
manufacturers include Windows Live Essentials, including Mail. If not,
it's
a free download from Microsoft. Personally, I've switched to Thunderbird
when I got my Windows 7 computer recently. I love it. The keystrokes are
a
little different, but honestly it took me a few days to be comfortable
with
it. And it has a normal menu bar!
