Hi Kimber, How do you set the computer to announce spelling or grammer
errors on each line in a word document? I had it set on an old machine, but
not this one. Also when you are reading back and hit a misspelled word jaws
announced the error. This feature is most helpful in large documents.
Thanks, Judith

Subject: Re: Question On Stopping Jaws From Announcing Paragraph markers and
other Headings

Hi Tom,

The show or hide options you're referring to are found in word rather than
in Jaws.

To hide paragraph marks or space marks or what have you, do the following:
Press alt to be placed in the ribbons. Left arrow once to reach the file
tab. In the file tab, up arrow once to reach options then press enter. You
will be place in a list of categories, arrow down once to display then use
the tab key to explore the options under display. One option will allow you
to show or hide paragraph marks. Another will show or hide space marks.
There are quite a few others you can set as you prefer. When you've
finished, tab to ok and press enter.

I hope this helps.

Kimber
