I do not use the feature, but checked it out after reading your query, and
my Jaws 15, Windows 7, 64 bit is behaving as you describe as well.

Is anyone else having the problem in jfw 15 where after pressing jaws
key+space bar, followed by the letter h to get to the history viewer, things
will not properly read with the arrow keys? I did the above steps, then hit
up and down arrow, but it's seeming to read the same item over and over and
over. In other words, more simply put, it's not letting me scroll through
the list for some strange reason. Just wanted to see if something was
glitching on my end, or if anyone else has seen this behavior specifically
within this screen.
