Hi until I read this thread of emails I didn't know about this feature in jaws so because I have windows 8.1 and jaws 15 I tried it out and when I up arrow is there there something you are looking for because when I did it each up arrow read something different. I have a question can someone please write on the list when is a good time to use this and what benefit it is thanks for any answers Louise and hawk
