OK, let's say, for example, that jfw spoke something, but for one reason or
another, you didn't hear what it said. The history which I speak of allows
you to browse through a virtual buffer of the last... shoot... I don't
remember how many... items spoken by JFW. This way, you can view them with
your virtual PC cursor, just like you would a web site online. It let's you
see in detail what was said. Say you heard it speak a really weird error
message. You could then read that message character by character, etc.
Does that hopefully make sense?

I do not use the feature, but checked it out after reading your query, and
my Jaws 15, Windows 7, 64 bit is behaving as you describe as well.
