Hello Rick,
1. Press alt n for insert, then H for header, (there are multiple options
of headers to arrow through, choose one,) and press enter.
2. ress alt JH, NU, and then C.
Note there are also multiple options to choose from after you press alt JH,
Nu.

know that the process is different from the way it was in earlier versions
