Mario, If you're looking for word count, number of sentences, number of paragraphs, etc., try pressing control+shift+g. Pressing alt+t, then w, does the same thing on my system.
The readability stats page that I get when I complete spell-check has additional information, such as MS's estimate of the grade level of my writing! I don't know where else to find those stats. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mario Brusco via Jfw Sent: Monday, August 11, 2014 6:22 PM To: Rick Miller; The Jaws for Windows support list. Subject: readability stats hi all, I'd like to know if there is a shortcut either in JAWS or Word 2010 that would display the readability stats for a Word 2010 document, or is that checkbox in the proofing category the only way to get the info? _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com
