Hi, Opening attachments seems to be a crap shoot upon occasion. I am using JAWS 14, W7 64 bit, Office 2007 on an HP laptop. Interestingly I can open an attachment do whatever and close it. I may not be able to open that same attachment again until I close Outlook and restart it. Also, in the in-box I can usually get the attachments but in some of my other folders JAWS can not find the same attachment that I just moved from the in-box. At this moment in time attachments are working like they should so I won't look a gift horse in the mouth. Many of this type problem seems to also hing on the most recent MS updates. It may not work one day but the next day it is fine.
