That solution happens to work. -----Original Message----- From: Tim Ford [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, August 14, 2014 12:30 PM To: j Bron; The Jaws for Windows support list. Subject: Re: attachments
One thing I have noticed with Outlook 2010 is that when you invoke "save attachments", and you find the "save" button, you can arrow up to the "open" option. That "open" button is easily missed with JAWS because when navigating with tab or shift-tab, JAWS misses the "open" button. The only way to find it is with the arrow keys when starting on the "save" button. Hopefully the above is not too confusing! I still have Jaws 14. For example I'm on a music list where the sender sends out a different song everyday and I was able to open the attachment by control tabbing back to the attachment part of the message, pressing the right arrow and pressing enter. Now jaws is telling me to save the attachment instead of opening it in the in box. I just got an attachment from my daughter, probably of my grandchildren singing, and I cojuldn't open it. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks, Judith -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
