In Outlook 2010, when JAWS verbalizes "save" in the attachment list, press alt-o for open. I still have Jaws 14. For example I'm on a music list where the sender sends out a different song everyday and I was able to open the attachment by control tabbing back to the attachment part of the message, pressing the right arrow and pressing enter. Now jaws is telling me to save the attachment instead of opening it in the in box. I just got an attachment from my daughter, probably of my grandchildren singing, and I cojuldn't open it.
