In Win7, go to the Windows search field by pressing the Windows key, then type "calc" without the quotation marks. Calculator will appear immediately. Press enter. Just type calc in a run command and you have a fully accessible calculator with scientific, programming, statistical functions and even a date calculator and unit converter.
