I was able to use parenthesis within windows calculator after putting
it into scientific calculator mode.

As an an example after hitting alt+2 (I normally use the programmer
mode), I entered: '1' '0' '+' '(' '1' '0' '/' '5' '.' '3' 'n' ')'
and got the answer 15.996257781480818997997052285135,
which is the same answer I got when I entered the same calculation as
'1' '0' '/' '5' '.' '3' 'n' '+' '1' '0'
