Go into the JAWS context menu with JAWS key+j, press enter on options, then arrow down to voices. Press enter again.
Here, select adjust voice profile, then select the relevant profile. Start tabbing. You'll come across the setting you want. Once selected, be sure to continue tabbing to OK, or possibly apply, then OK.
