Hello Judith, Trying to navigate using Jaws is a never-ending learning curve, so much so, they should call it a learning circle because that is how I feel sometimes. If I have not forgotten how to do it because I have not done it for months, they have changed the procedure. I doubt if anyone thinks you are stupid because we have all been there, and are still learning ourselves. One contributor to the list commented several months ago, on this subject, "The only stupid question is the one that goes unasked." Good luck in your learning adventure. Once you click on "voices," you are given two choices, which you locate by arrowing up or down: Voice Adjustment... Select a Voice Profile... Although the first option doesn't state "profile," when you press enter, you land on the list of profiles in your system. Perhaps if you have only one profile, this list isn't apparent. Otherwise, you select the desired profile by arrowing up or down.
