We need more information to answer this. For instance, which browser are
you using? Does it require a plugin to play this particular type of
video? For instance, you may have Flash for IE but not Firefox
installed, or it may not require Flash at all, but perhaps Silverlight
(which in my experience doesn't do much with JAWS). Sometimes I find
that my flash has gotten muted, and I only know it if I'm in Internet
Explorer where JAWS does a much better job of reading buttons and
controls in flash objects.
