I'd paste the picture at the top, press Enter, write the message, then send
it. The reason for this is that, if you paste the picture at the top, after
doing a tab from Subject, you can then do a shift tab back and see if your
attachment is there, before you even write your message.

So when I open a new message when I press tab it's say cc then press tab
again it's say subject then press tab it's say message edit so when I
start
typing the message and when I get through finish typing the message then I
will press ctrl + v to paste the picture at the bottom ? I want to make

I do not have Outlook, but typically the body is where you write the
main body of your letter. In Windows Live Mail one tabs from the send
to edit box to cc, to bc, to subject, to the body of the letter. Do I
understand the directions correctly; in Outlook one just pastes an
attachment in the main body edit area?

Or you can find the document you want to attach, copy it to the clipboard
with control+C and paste it into your email. It will put it in as an
attachment.
