I do not have Outlook, but typically the body is where you write the main
body of your letter. In Windows Live Mail one tabs from the send to edit
box to cc, to bc, to subject, to the body of the letter. Do I understand
the directions correctly; in Outlook one just pastes an attachment in the
main body edit area?
Thanks,
Cheers Kevin.

Or you can find the document you want to attach, copy it to the clipboard
with control+C and paste it into your email. It will put it in as an
attachment.
