Hello Russell, Well I sure did it few minute and when I get to message I paste the picture in body of the message !! When I get through finished typing the message then I press shift + tab there was attachment then I send it.

This is the way I’ve been doing attachments on my Mac for the past 6 years, but never knew it was possible in Windows and Outlook. Does this only work in outlook 2013?
