Thanks for making your well-taken point.  I admit to its veracity 
because it was recently confirmed to me by Ms. Susan Hayes, of Digital 
Equipment (makers of DECTalk.  However, As you will see from what I have 
just posted, when you ge it, the problem is the intennability of a 
floppy-based protection system.
