Sorry, but I was talking about deploying to the jibx.sourceforge.net/maven2 repository even if you want to reduce work. This approach is intended for artifacts which are not built with maven (and hence the generated pom does not include the dependencies as long as you don't create a pom for this purpose): http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-3rd-party-jars-remote.html http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-deploy-plugin/usage.html But maybe this could be a solution.
