Fixeds KAFKA-21303 When a consumer group is reloaded, members using the classic protocol are assigned the consumer protocol session timeout. This can cause members to expire prematurely or remain in the group longer than their configured timeout allows. Update `GroupMetadataManager.onLoaded()` to check each member's protocol and use the persisted `classicProtocolSessionTimeout` for classic members.
