@chia7712 I have rebased the branch against the latest trunk and have
pushed a commit where I have:
- Addressed all your code comments — removed the redundant validate() call
in updateSubscription and added legacyException as the cause of the
InvalidConfigurationException thrown in compileLenient.
- Rebased the branch against the latest trunk.
- Updated upgrade.md — added it under a new "Upgrading to 4.5.0" heading
I have also created a ticket for removing the fallback in 5.0
