Workflow State: it does not indicate if you have the adequate roles to make an
action or not - should be grey out nad unclickable if no action is authorized
for the current user
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SENSEI-54
                 URL: http://www.jahia.net/jira/browse/SENSEI-54
             Project: Jahia Workflows
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: Workflow 6.0
         Environment: 22951
            Reporter: Stephane Croisier
            Assignee: Romain Felden
             Fix For: Workflow 6.0

I am playing with the 3 step workflow with several user (not root) which only
have the rights to perform one single action in my workflow process.

The problem is that the workflow state icon does not indicate when you can
perform an action or not on a page. They are always "clickable". Then this
opens a workflow engine and the end-user can not perform any action at all on
such a page.

Ideally such workflow state should be in "grey" mode and not clickable. This
will also ease the understanding of which actions a user can or can not perform
at a given time.

Of course we will have to envision how to modify the worrkflow state algorithm
+ storage and if this is possible as this could lead to some severe performance
consequences. But from an end-user point of view, it would be quite great.
