Missing an entry in the main menu is an issue we need more info about. If you see that come up again, try to see if you can repeat the same actions and reproduce it. One possibility: the 'choose player' option on the home menu should only appear if you have > 1 player available. It could be that when the home menu was first put together it only discovered 1, thereby leaving the item off, then more came online and the item didn't get added.
