I have noticed that when I update the SqueezeCenter and then tell the jive remote to update itself the "updating" page displays itself and the little balls spin around but nothing actually gets updated and it stays in that mode until I power it off and then power it back on. On power-up it displays the balls and the little % complete and it completes the update.
Last night I tried just turning off the remote and then turning it back on and it did the same thing- first is just hung in the update mode until I turned it off and then back on again.
