Hiya, I am currently at a hifi show with the usual suspects and our demo Duet controller has died. It comes on with the Logitech logo on the black screen and then goes to green/blue screen with Free Your Music on it and then it cycles back to the black screen with the Logitech logo.
Is the any way of doing a hard/factory reset by holding one of the buttons down on power up? I did get it working before but I think that was just a fluke. Sorry I don't have time to search for the answer on the forum as I am live t the show at the moment.
