If you've tried

1. Holding down the volume up button while restarting, or
2. Holding down the + button while restarting,

and you still see this problem then there's not much else you can do,
unfortunately.

I believe your unit is defective, but I'm not sure why. I've seen
another one with your symptoms and we'd like to determine what's
wrong.

Please return it back through your Logitech contacts to the engineering
team at your earliest convenience.
