You folks have reached a very important milestone- at this very moment
my wife is playing with the jive remote and going through all my Tom
Waits and Beck stuff looking at lyrics.

I have shown her what the remote does in the past. Album art, now
playing, playlists, etc. None of it meant a thing to her until I
showed her the lyrics plug-in that I installed last week. Once I
showed her the lyrics plug-in, that was it- she took the remote away
from me and has been playing with it for the last hour.

My wife has many fine qualities, but being a geek is not one of them.
If she can pick up the remote and get it to do what she wants without
much coaching, you have got to have a very respectable user interface.
The Jive remote has passed the test.

You should make the lyrics plugin install itself by default and make
sure it is mentioned prominently in your marketing literature. This
will be the tool many potential customers need to get spousal approval
of the purchase.

PS- one more thing about my wife- she can't touch a computer without it
crashing. I don't know how she does it, but she manages to do it. I
have watched her make computers crash and can't spot anything unusual
in what she does, but I can't duplicate it no matter how hard I try.
If she can use the jive remote without making it crash, your work on
the remote is done. I'll keep you posted...
