I'm still having problems - I just took the battery out and restarted the jive. I selected an album and hit play, so far so good. Adjusted the volume; fine, adjusted it again - nothing. Now the jive doesn't seem to be communicating with the SB - none of the controls affect what the SB is playing. Trying to enter any of the categories under music library (like artists) doesn't work. Now playing and artwork display correctly.
A song just ended, and I think what happened is that all the cued up commands were communicated all at once to the SB - the volume went down and then up, and it skipped ahead to the next song in the playlist.
