The build is generated every night around 1:30am PST. SC checks for new firmware every 12 hours. So depending on when you last started SC your update may lag the build time by as much as 12 hours. If you want to ensure you get the update right away, restart SC every morning or hack the check interval in Slim::Utils::Firmware.
