I couldn't agree more, however I think this behaviour has already been discussed, thought about and decided. Saying that, there are quite a few open bugs around the jive "Now Playing" behaviour so the area might still be up some change yet. I'd also like to get from "Now Playing" directly to "Track Details" in one click. Personally I think the whole "Now Playing" behaviour is a bit confusing at the moment (as is the behaviour of the top level screens too).
