The scrolling through some menu pages is "unsmooth". Try it yourself- go to the main menu page and start scrolling and keep turning the scroll wheel. You'll find that when the selection hits either the top or bottom menu items the scrolling stops even though you're still turning the scroll wheel. It doesn't feel right. The pause should be removed so that it behaves more like a circular menu.
The benefit of having a smoothly turning scroll wheel is lost when the scrolling itself isn't smooth.
