Any updates on this?

Got my duet today. Works great so far.

One thing I was hoping to do was replace a wireless bridge in my
entertainment center with the duet receiver. Currently my Dish VIP622
is connected to a dlink bridge for its network connectivity. I was
hoping to be able to get a "2 for 1" with the duet, and replace the
dlink in addition to the duet's primary purpose. Gave it a test run and
it looks like Dean's info is correct - you can use the receiver to
bridge your controller to a wired network, but you cannot use the
receiver to bridge a wired device onto the wireless network; at least
not in my tests so far.

So, if I understand what Dean said correctly, my Duet receiver is
connected to my controller via an adhoc network and the controller is
bridging the receiver to my home wireless network, which is why it
cannot connect anything else... Does this mean that if my controller
goes out of range or the batteries die that the receiver will lose it's
connection to my home network?

It'll be great to be able to have both the receiver and the controller
directly connect to my home network wirelessly using my existing SSID
and encryption, as the controller is already doing.

Let me know if I've misunderstood something and/or if aforementioned
configuration tool is available and capable of pulling this off.

Thanks!
