This is not correct. The developer docs _are_ helpful. They need to be
updated, and perhaps improved, but they have been helpful for me. The
problem is that they address the creation of a new component -- which is
IMO the right thing. But the average developer jumping into JMeter will
probably need to touch at some already-existing component(s) -- and
there JavaDoc and comments are the only good way, IMO.
