http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42226 Summary: sample groups Product: JMeter Version: 2.2 Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTTP AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] It would be nice if you could group samplers. It would have some use in the interface - copy, disable them togather. But more importantly you could have them appear in aggregate listeners. You can currently implicitely create groups by specifying the same label for them, but changing samplers individually is a clumsy way to create a group. Currently such a group is displayed as a single row in an aggreagate report but the sample number increases with each of its members, its size is the average size, its response time is the average response time. I suggest another type of group, where the group would be calculated as a single sample - its size is the sum of the sizes of its members, its response time is the sum of the response times. In case of a web application a group like this would be a much closer estimate of the user experience of a page - how long does it take to get all resources of the page - not just the html. -- Configure bugmail: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
